These Terms govern your use of Business Hub by ANJE. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Business Hub is a platform operated by ANJE — Associação Nacional de Jovens Empresários — to help SMEs, startups, technology providers and partner associations find each other and create business opportunities.
Access to the platform is by invitation or admin approval. ANJE may at its discretion grant, suspend or revoke access.
You must provide accurate information about you and your organisation, keep it up to date, and choose a strong password. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
Accounts are personal. You must not share your credentials, transfer your account, or impersonate another person or organisation.
Use the platform in good faith and for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to: publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or infringes third-party rights; send unsolicited commercial communications; scrape or automate access; attempt to breach security or interfere with the service; or upload malware or harmful code.
ANJE may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.
You retain ownership of the content you publish (company information, logos, avatars, posts, messages). By publishing it, you grant ANJE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You confirm that you have the rights to publish the content you upload, including logos and any third-party material.
ANJE facilitates introductions but is not a party to any business relationship, agreement or transaction that you enter into with other users. Any such relationship is solely between the users involved.
We do not guarantee the identity, qualifications, solvency or conduct of any user. Apply normal due diligence before entering into commitments.
The platform, including its branding, design, code, text and graphics, is owned by ANJE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the platform, except as permitted by law.
'ANJE' and 'Business Hub' are trademarks of ANJE and may not be used without prior written authorisation.
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ANJE may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance or security reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided 'as is' and ANJE excludes implied warranties. ANJE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Portuguese law.
You can stop using the platform at any time and request the deletion of your account through /contact. ANJE may terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the spirit of the community.
On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, liability) will remain in force.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
